1Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Creator", "Subscriber", or "you") and FanSome("we", "our", or "us"). By registering for an account, browsing our website, subscribing to creators, or publishing content, you accept and agree to comply with all clauses outlined herein, as well as our Privacy Policy, Content Guidelines, and CSAE Safety Policy.

2Account Eligibility & Age Requirement

Our platform hosts premium creator subscriptions and monetization systems. You must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account, subscribe, or create content.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our services.
• All information provided during registration (including identity details for KYC checks) must be truthful, accurate, and current.

3Creator Program & Payouts

Creators use FanSome to distribute exclusive, premium media and posts.

• KYC Verification: Creators must successfully pass our verification process, which includes linking a valid bank account and providing government-issued identification.
• Revenue Share & Fees: We charge a platform service fee (typically 15-20%) on all transactions (subscriptions, tips, pay-per-views) to cover hosting, card processing, support, and compliance costs.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are computed monthly and disbursed to verified bank accounts once the minimum payout threshold has been achieved, subject to holding periods for fraud mitigation.

4Subscriber Billing & Payment Terms

Subscribers purchase access to specific creator content on a recurring or one-off basis.

• Subscription Renewals: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Payment Authorization: You authorize our payment processors to charge your selected credit/debit card or banking account.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks is a breach of these terms. Accounts associated with fraudulent billing practices or chargeback loops will be immediately terminated.

5Intellectual Property & Licenses

We respect ownership of creative work:

• Your Content: Creators retain full ownership and copyright of the text, images, and videos they upload.
• Platform License: By posting content, you grant FanSome a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, transcode, cache, and serve your media to your paying subscribers.
• Subscriber Access: Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view purchased content. Downloading, copying, recording, or redistributing creator content outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from uploading content or engaging in actions that:

• Infringe third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
• Exhibit, encourage, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
• Involve non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
• Promote hate speech, harassment, threats, or severe real-world violence.
• Involve automated scripts, web scraping, or unauthorized APIs to access the platform.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
