Content Creation Guidelines
At FanSome, we cultivate a premium, professional ecosystem. These guidelines ensure our community remains a safe, respectful, and high-quality environment for all creators and subscribers.
1Mainstream Professional Focus
FanSome is built for mainstream professionals, including fitness coaches, educators, musicians, visual artists, culinary chefs, business advisors, lifestyle guides, and podcasters. All content, profiles, and communications must remain aligned with these professional categories.
2Permitted & Encouraged Content
We encourage creators to publish a variety of premium digital media, including:
- Workouts, nutritional guides, training programs, and fitness routines.
- Courses, worksheets, tutorials, video lectures, and code samples.
- Music files, performance recordings, chord sheets, and audio files.
- Hi-res art portfolios, process sketches, overlays, and digital assets.
- Behind-the-scenes logs, early updates, and exclusive community Q&A posts.
3Strictly Prohibited Material
To maintain our standing with payment processors and ensure community trust, we enforce a strict ban on the following material:
- Adult / Pornographic Content: We do not allow sexually explicit media, pornographic videos, or highly suggestive pornography.
- Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Any accounts hosting, searching for, or attempting to distribute child safety threats will be instantly deleted, and reports will be routed to law enforcement. (See our CSAE Safety Policy for details).
- Violence & Hate Speech: We forbid content promoting violence, firearms sales, hate groups, harassment, discrimination, or bodily harm.
- Deceptive Practices: Financial scams, multi-level marketing, fake investments, or impersonating other figures will result in immediate suspension.
4Intellectual Property & Copyrights
Creators must own or have the explicit license to use all media, audio tracks, trademarked graphics, and written content they publish on FanSome.
- Do not post copyrighted music videos, film clips, or background tracks without appropriate licensing.
- If you believe a creator is hosting content that infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA claim to support@fansome.club, including proof of ownership. We respond to and act on valid copyright notices within 48 business hours.
5Enforcement & Penalties
We monitor reports and run automated compliance scans on uploaded posts. Violations of these Content Guidelines will result in:
- First Warning & deletion of the offending content piece.
- Temporary Account Suspension (14-day hold on subscriptions and payouts).
- Permanent Termination of account, with balance forfeiture and payment gateways notification.
