Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

FanSome enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy against the creation, distribution, search, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Last Updated: July 1, 2026Policy Status: Active & Enforced

1Zero-Tolerance Mandate

We maintain a rigorous, uncompromised commitment to child safety. Under no circumstances is CSAE or CSAM tolerated anywhere on FanSome. Any user (creator, fan, or visitor) who attempts to upload, request, message, or host such material will face:

  • Immediate, permanent account termination and IP banning.
  • Forfeiture of all subscription balances, wallet funds, and pending payouts.
  • Immediate report filing to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local/global law enforcement.

2Proactive Content Screening

To ensure our servers remain clear of illegal materials, we implement proactive technology solutions:

  • Hash Matching Technology: We utilize advanced automated screening tools (such as PhotoDNA and industry-standard hash-matching databases) to analyze all image and video uploads at ingestion. Offending media is immediately blocked before it can be saved or visible.
  • Text & Metadata Analysis: Chat logs, posts, search queries, and comments are monitored by automated classifiers to identify, block, and flag keywords and metadata associated with CSAE.
  • Human Moderation: Our dedicated Trust & Safety team reviews flagged items 24/7 to resolve classification overrides and escalate emergencies.

3Mandatory Legal Reporting

In compliance with federal and international laws, FanSome is legally mandated to report all instances of CSAM or CSAE to law enforcement. We report the following details to NCMEC:

  • The user ID, username, email address, and IP addresses associated with the activity.
  • Connected banking details, device identifiers, and payment tokens.
  • Specific chat logs, image files, or media files that triggered the detection.

4Strict Age Verification (KYC)

To prevent minors from accessing the platform and to ensure creators are of legal age:

  • All creators must undergo complete government-issued ID checks and biometric photo matching using our verified KYC provider. No payouts or media posting are authorized until verification is fully approved.
  • Subscribers must verify their credit cards, which are restricted to individuals 18+ by payment networks. We actively monitor for card fraud.
